ADOPTION AGENCIES AND ATTORNEYS: The government of Ecuador requires that you must work through a private agency that has signed an Agreement with the Government of Ecuador. The agency can give you an estimate of the cost of an adoption in Ecuador. Following is a list of those agencies, which may grow as more agencies qualify:
